MacWichita was founded in 1985 and has assisted and served members through every release of Apple's revolutionary MacOS and its ground-breaking hardware.

In April 2001, a SIG (Special Interest Group) for Hutchinson was began by one of our active members, who is also leading the Hutchinson SIG. Meetings in WIchita and Hutchinson are casual. Members and visitors at both locations are encouraged to ask questions, participate in discussions and give demos and write reviews of new products.

If it's happening on the Mac platform, MacWichita is the place to discuss it. MacWichita is registered with Apple Computer as an official Macintosh User Group.
